Yes, I do love a cliché apocalyptic movie. But that doesn't mean I believe something crazy's going to go down at the end of the Mayan calendar. I mean, crazy things are already going down. Look at who's in power right now... right? OK, I don't mean to go into a political rant. What I really mean to say is that 2012 is looking like it's going to be a great and productive year for me! I'm happy to announce that I'm in the studio these days putting the final touches on my next album. This is a collection of new english songs that I can't wait for you to hear. I've been recording this album with producer Ben Morier and a bunch of wonderful guest musicians. We're planning on launching it in April, I will keep you posted!
I also want to take this opportunity to wish you all a very wonderful 2012, may you seize the great opportunities life puts on your paths.

I would like to invite you to a magical evening on November 9th at the Maison de la Culture Maisonneuve. This is the taping of the final episode of my web series, La Tournée des Cafés. Along with some fabulous artists such as Bïa, Emilie Clepper, Émilie Proulx, Andrea Lindsay, Alex Nevsky, Ben Morier, Alexandra Stréliski, Olaf Gundel, Manuel Gasse and Anique Granger, we'll be performing songs featured in the series along with quite a few surprises - and who doesn't like a surprise? La Tournée des Cafés:
First off, I am very excited and happy to present La Tournée des Cafés, my new web-series! I've been working on this project with Pierre-Luc Racine (director or the series) for the past year. We dreamed this up while sitting in a lovely little café on Laurier street in Montreal. Inspired by our first video for Quelque part, (click here to watch), we thought up this crazy plan to film 10 episodes in various eco-friendly cafés. This was also the opportunity to invite some of my favorite musicians to accompany me on my songs. La Tournée des Cafés will be launched on Thursday April 21st at the Bistro In Vivo and you're all invited! Click here for all the details!

Les Prix Trille Or 2011:
I'm happy to announce that I was awarded with the prix Trille Or for Artiste Hors Ontario s'étant le plus illustré en Ontario at this year's Gala des Prix Trille Or held in Ottawa in March 2011. Les Trille Or is an awards ceremony held every two years in recognition of the franco-ontarian music industry. What an honor!

I'll also be featured at the next Open Country with the Mountain Daisies at L'inspecteur épingle in Montreal. I'm looking forward to this!!
